Jobs description crane operator :
- Perform the required inspections and maintenance Crane and accessories at the request of the manufacturer and the Company Management System.
- Commitment to safety procedures and company in all activities.
- Keep records required (ie logbooks, timesheet) at the request of the Company Management System.
- Make sure grease / lubrication of wire.
- Monitoring ABS when lubricating the cables and cable.
- Assist in maintaining the overall daily riding when no activity is required cranes.
- Touch-up paint the crane whenever and wherever needed.
- Training of local officials in the use of cranes and other lifting equipment on board.
- Participate in the development JSA (Job Safety Analysis) related to the crane, lifting equipment (see Safety Officer).
- Check the Deck Foreman that proper rigging is in place and ensures that the system created SWL meet load demand.
- Reporting and communication problems, failures or any other maintenance issues related to cranes.
- Track certified cranes and floor Foreman advised of any request coming.
