As of 14th August, 2015, Univan Ship Management and Anglo-Eastern Group joined hands in a history making merger to form the Anglo Eastern Univan Group. Univan Ship Management Limited will continue to run as a distinct brand under the new Group, specialising in quality technical management for the tanker sector.
Univan Ship Management was founded more than forty years ago by Captain Charles Vanderperre, who is widely recognised as the father of modern ship management.
