Since its inception in 2002, Hartmann Crew Philippines (HCP) was formerly known as Associated Ship Management (ASM). For thirteen years it carried that name up until 2015 when it re-branded to become Hartmann Crew Philippines.
The change in name was an initiative to align the company with its principal partner in Germany: Hartmann AG and to reaffirm its membership to the Hartmann Group . The new name paved the way for the actions of HCP as it moves forward and progresses alongside a new era of shipping. There has been no change in management or in the values upheld by the company.
Hartmann Crew Philippines (HCP) is a POEA-licensed manning agency compliant to ISO 9001 :2008 with 3,600 global maritime professionals on a fleet of over 150 vessels which include: oil tankers, gas tankers, product tankers, container ships, multi-purpose vessels, and bulk carriers.
Hartmann Crew Philippines is the sole crewing company of the Hartmann Group in the Philippines.

At Hartmann Crew Philippines, we go above and beyond to make sure that seafarers are able to receive their allotments at the end of each month – way in advance of the actual POEA deadline.
SPECIAL ALLOTMENT
In cases of personal emergencies, seafarers onboard may request for a special allotment for their family.

MEMBERSHIP TO THE MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE

FAMILY CENTER
The Family Center is a lounge dedicated to welcome seafarers and their families during the busy hours of the day. It is also the center of customer relations where all questions, concerns, and requests are accommodated by our team. Throughout the year, the Family Center hosts educational activities on topics that aim to empower crew and their families. The Family Center may be found at the ground floor of the CRI Building.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE BENEFIT
The Medical Assistance Benefit (MAB) is free health insurance given to all Hartmann crew seafarers and their qualified dependents upon embarkation. Seafarers and/or their dependents may apply for MAB at the CCFC Office, Ground Floor.
PADALA SERVICE
Families may send and receive approved parcels to and from onboard seafarers through this service offered at the Family Center.
FREE ACCIDENT INSURANCE FOR REGISTERED BENEFICIARIES
Qualified *allottees who are enrolled under the Philippine National Bank will receive an additional free accident insurance cover.
