Basic qualification:

- Officers must have at least 20 months sea service worldwide

- Ratings must have at least 15 months sea service worldwide

- Same vessel experience

- Last sign off must not be more than year

- Document must be complete, valid and on-hand

- For dry cargo US visa required

- No medical history

- Willing to join in mix crew vessel
